When you’re so tired that you can’t think, just putting one foot in front of the other, you’re in the danger zone. You are tired and fast approaching fatigue. Don’t despair! You can still pull yourself out of the dangers of diving, and you can definitely do things to prevent you from getting to this point again. Identify the source of your fatigue.

Taking the time to put the mess in order by organizing your space and documenting the process would be a tremendous benefit. It also allows you to delegate more easily, once you train and train an employee in the process.

Rest. As counter-intuitive as it seems when you feel so busy, take time off. Even holidays can reset your perspective when you’re most overwhelmed. It’s also a good thing to do sustainably. We all need a break. We all need time to rejuvenate. Being away from work is an important part of high performance.

Reduce stress and manage your thoughts. As you become more tired, your normal control on your emotions and balanced feelings begins to erode. It’s important to stay on top of what you think. Focus on what works. Put the brakes on self-assessment and comparison.

Be excited for the people who succeed. As you maintain a more balanced and positive perspective, your problem-solving abilities will improve. You will see more possibilities that will allow you to reduce your stress faster. As you develop these mind muscles, you will remain more focused on your business and your impact.
